Our coffee journey started in the fall of 2015. I became interested in roasting coffee when I visited a coffee shop that my soon-to-be-wife frequented. I soaked up as much information and knowledge as I could in the short time I spent in the company of very generous owners.  Family members that owned a bakery decided to integrate a coffee shop into their business in the spring of 2016. With the purchase of a brand-new roaster and an order of green beans, we began. Many hours of research, experimenting, and tasting went into fine tuning our new craft.  I soon became the main roaster and began roasting coffee for bagged sale as well as for the coffee shop.Fast forward to now, my wife and I, after being well acquainted with the workings of this coffee shop, decided to buy it and Sip Coffee Co. was born. Our goal is to serve you a cup of happiness that is perfect from the first sip to the last. Thank you for starting your day with us.
